Our bookkeeping services are offered through Quckbooks online.
The financial documents we can provide include but not limited to:
- Balance sheet
- Profit & Loss
- Expense reports
- Expenses by Vendor Summary
- Cash flow
- A/R & A/P
- Monthly sales report
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
- 1099, Payroll Services – separately charged
We can also provide other documents as needed.
Fees:
We charge $350 per month for 100 transactions. If there are more than 100 transactions for that month it will be an additional $50 for every additional 50 transactions after that. We cover both Bank transactions and credit card transactions.
If the transaction is less than 50, then the fee will be $300.
Additionally, the Client is responsible for purchasing online QuickBooks account separately. A discounted price of $21 per month is available if the client chooses to purchase the account through our office.
